About the role
SEAOIL is seeking a motivated Station Head to lead one of its fuel stations in Butuan City. This entry‑level position is open to fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in retail fuel operations.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the station operates in compliance with SEAOIL standards and local regulations.
- Supervise and train station personnel, monitoring performance and service quality.
- Manage cash handling, inventory control, and product transactions accurately.
- Track and report station performance metrics on a timely basis.
- Perform additional tasks required for smooth station operations.
Required profile
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Willingness to work at a SEAOIL gas station.
- Availability to work weekends, with a half‑day shift on Saturdays.
- Readiness to be assigned to Butuan City.
