Amazon Catalog Manager

About the role

Manage Amazon US as the primary marketplace and support expansion across global Amazon marketplaces as well as other platforms such as Walmart, eBay, and Shopify. The role is fully remote and focuses on catalog integrity, compliance, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage Amazon United States listings and support Amazon Global (NARF, Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, France, etc.).
• Maintain and optimize product catalogs across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify using flat files.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve listing issues, suppressions, and compliance flags.
• Open, track, and resolve Amazon support cases.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve listing quality and drive marketplace growth.
• Provide performance reports and insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Deep experience with Amazon Seller Central, especially US and international marketplaces.
• Expert‑level proficiency with Amazon flat file templates and bulk uploads.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace content compliance and catalog integrity.
• Proactive communicator with strong follow‑through and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and adaptable in a fully remote environment.
