Spanish-Bilingual Non-Registered Nurse Case Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑Bilingual Non‑Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our team in Parañaque. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting patients, families and healthcare providers by coordinating cases, gathering clinical information and assisting with care plans under the supervision of licensed clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone assessments with patients and families in English and Spanish, clarifying concerns and explaining care processes.
• Collect, review and maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records.
• Follow established protocols and escalation procedures, referring complex issues to supervising nurses or clinicians.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Update CRM and other call‑center tools with case information in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Experience in patient support, case coordination or healthcare‑related customer service.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes; nursing or health‑science background is a plus.
• Strong attention to accuracy, confidentiality and documentation standards.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Parañaque, including possible shifts, weekends or holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and call‑center tools.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Competence in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
