Corporate Nurse – Employee Health Services

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Nurse to deliver comprehensive health services within a corporate environment. You will be the first point of contact for employee health concerns, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site healthcare services to employees, including routine medical care and emergency response.
• Administer first aid, assess and manage workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Maintain accurate health records, reports, and documentation as required by regulations.
• Collaborate with the HR department to develop and support employee wellness programs and initiatives.
• Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and health‑promotion activities to foster a healthy work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a clinical or occupational health setting.
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification is mandatory.
• Compassionate, attentive, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• BOSH training certification is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong medical knowledge and first‑aid expertise.
• BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training.
