Social Media Manager

About the role

OLIVER is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of global social strategies for its clients. You will shape brand voice, drive audience acquisition, and ensure consistent, engaging content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the client’s global social media strategy, including audience acquisition, tone of voice, content formats, planning, scheduling and optimisation.
• Provide strategic recommendations for campaign development, influencer selection, paid amplification, measurement and evaluation.
• Act as the liaison between the brand and its audience, managing community support, content distribution and digital engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and Google.
• Monitor trends, capture timely moments, and produce analytical reports with actionable suggestions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of brand experience in a digital or creative agency environment.
• Strong written communication skills, able to craft concise messages (including 140‑character copy).
• Proactive, courteous, high‑energy personality with excellent people skills.
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn new technologies.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social listening/response tools such as Sprinklr, Social Studio or Social Bakers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating content for reels, snaps, LinkedIn pages and other formats.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or similar creative software is a plus.
