About the role
This position supports end‑to‑end container dispatch across truck, rail and barge networks for a global trade leader. You will interact daily with customers, carriers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate container dispatch operations, monitor shipments and proactively manage risks.
- Handle daily interactions with customers, carriers, terminal operators and internal stakeholders to resolve exceptions.
- Maintain accurate operational records, system updates and documentation for compliance.
- Oversee accessorial costs, equipment utilization and approvals to improve efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3‑5 years experience in customer service, BPO or shipping landside processes.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City on a mid‑shift schedule.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Experience using SAP BI applications or similar systems.
