Shared Services Associate – Source to Pay

The Shared Services Associate – Source to Pay will support the Accounts Payable team in Meycauayan, delivering reliable and innovative business support to Nestlé’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort and process incoming invoices, ensuring each document is correctly logged.
• Execute end‑to‑end invoice processing tasks and provide accurate reporting during period‑end close.
• Monitor performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed defined KPIs.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve invoice‑related issues in line with market requirements, collaborating with other streams as needed.
• Lead or contribute to continuous‑improvement projects that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Ready to join the team as soon as possible.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Willingness to work any shift required by the operation.
• Dynamic, adaptable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset, good interpersonal skills and a proactive, results‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP for invoice processing and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word) for data handling and documentation.
