Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full‑cycle recruiting for technical and creative positions across several companies. This remote, in‑house role involves partnering with hiring managers, building sourcing strategies, and delivering a candidate experience that reflects each brand’s culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for software engineers, developers, designers, product roles and executives.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft job descriptions and set hiring timelines.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and community outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, coordinate interviews and assessments.
• Maintain accurate requisition data and pipelines in the ATS across multiple companies.
• Track recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness) and use data to improve processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience focused on technical roles.
• Proven ability to source and close passive candidates in a remote‑first market.
• Strong communication skills and experience acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers.
• Comfortable managing multiple open roles across different brands simultaneously.
