HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner is an experienced HR professional who designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs. This role partners with business leaders to plan long‑term workforce needs, drive culture building and address people priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor HR programs, processes and initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with managers to understand strategic objectives, workforce requirements and organizational challenges.
• Provide policy‑aligned guidance on employee relations, performance concerns and organizational practices.
• Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and career development.
• Contribute to organization design, change management and culture initiatives.
• Generate, interpret and analyse HR reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with Philippine privacy laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder with relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or HR Specialist.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment practices, employee relations, performance management and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to work independently, solve complex problems and make practical recommendations.
• Experience contributing to HR projects, process improvements or change initiatives.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible work schedules and quickly learn enterprise AI tools.
