About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Manila as a Senior Salesforce nCino Functional Consultant. You will work with diverse clients to design, implement, and support Salesforce‑based solutions that drive operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design Salesforce solutions, including Lightning and Sales Cloud, to improve business processes.
• Provide training, support, and change‑management guidance for seamless adoption of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with clients to align technology solutions with their strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain project architecture, budgeting, and timelines for Salesforce implementations.
• Conduct business process modeling and identify opportunities for standardization.
• Offer technical consultation on enterprise software, emerging technologies, and data‑driven insights.
• Build strong client relationships and manage complex engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Salesforce consulting.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.
