Senior Recruiter – Healthcare Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for the US healthcare market. The role requires a four‑hour overlap with US business hours and focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring high‑quality healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Join social media groups and professional networks to engage potential candidates.
• Advertise open positions on external networks and request referrals from employees and industry contacts.
• Maintain organized candidate databases and keep in touch with past applicants.
• Attend job fairs, organize career events, and conduct Boolean searches for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Conduct compensation benchmark research and measure source‑of‑hire and time‑to‑fill metrics.
• Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques, building scalable processes for client hiring requirements.
• Screen, interview, and communicate hiring status to candidates, ensuring a strong reputation for the service.
• Report weekly hiring performance to clients and management, and participate in client meetings and business reviews.
• Support internal Neolytix teams to drive cross‑sell of RPO services in healthcare accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience as a headhunter, recruiter, or similar role.
• Proven experience hiring providers for the US healthcare market.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time‑management ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
• Hands‑on experience with sourcing tools and resume databases.
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as JazzHR.
