Senior QA/QC Architect (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA/QC Architect to lead quality assurance and control for architectural drawings produced by our drafting team in the Philippines. The role ensures that all documentation meets technical, constructability, and multidisciplinary coordination standards before project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC reviews of architectural drawings created by drafting and production teams.
• Identify non‑conformance issues, coordination conflicts, and detailing errors.
• Review coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP consultant drawings.
• Ensure drawings meet constructability requirements and professional architectural standards.
• Provide clear feedback and correction notes to improve drawing accuracy.
• Maintain quality standards across projects and reduce repetitive corrections.
• Apply lessons learned from previous projects to future work.
• Validate technical details and construction documentation before final submission.

Required profile

• Licensed Architect in the Philippines.
• Minimum 6 + years of experience in a reputable architectural firm.
• Experience on complex architectural projects with strong detailing and construction documentation expertise.
• Deep understanding of coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Ability to identify constructability and coordination issues within drawings.

Required skills

• Strong experience reviewing drawings in Revit.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to review and coordinate multi‑disciplinary drawing sets.
