Senior Project Manager

About the role

Haskell Philippines is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and direct project teams on large, complex construction projects across the Philippines. The role requires flexibility to relocate or travel to various sites based on business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Field Management, Safety, and Quality: Review and monitor project progress, enforce safety policies, and ensure compliance with quality objectives.
• Document Control: Manage submittals, RFIs, drawing updates, meeting minutes, as‑built and redline drawings.
• Scheduling: Plan, sequence, and maintain the project schedule in coordination with superintendents and subcontractors.
• Financial Management: Control project costs, update labor projections, prepare cost reports, manage invoicing and cash flow, and oversee subcontractor payments.
• Procurement and Commitments: Develop procurement strategy, prepare bid packages, evaluate bids, qualify subcontractors, and award contracts while managing risk.
• Estimating: Produce detailed estimates and maintain cost control systems.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Define project scope, set vision for the team, and organize work throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading and directing project teams with a proven record of successful, large‑scale projects.
• Ability to manage complex construction projects, ensure safety, quality, and profitability.
