Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Haskell Philippines is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects across various locations in the Philippines. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor field progress, enforce safety policies, and ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Maintain document control, including submittals, RFIs, drawing updates, and as‑built records.
• Develop and manage project schedules in coordination with superintendents and subcontractors.
• Control project finances, prepare cost reports, manage cash flow, and process owner invoicing.
• Lead procurement activities, prepare bid packages, evaluate bids, and award subcontracts.
• Prepare detailed estimates and implement cost‑control systems.
• Define project scope, set vision for the team, and manage the full project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading and directing project teams on large, complex construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Willingness to relocate or travel as project needs dictate.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
