Senior Project Manager (AI Project)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our AI‑related initiatives in the Philippines, overseeing PEZA regulatory affairs, equipment Farm‑In/Farm‑Out processes and overall compliance. The role will manage a local team, ensure timely delivery of regulatory and operational projects, and maintain strong relationships with government authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Direct end‑to‑end governance of Philippine local operations, including PEZA compliance and equipment Farm‑In/Farm‑Out management.
• Lead internal and external compliance audits, respond to government and corporate audit findings, and close audit loops.
• Plan, execute and close complex cross‑functional projects from initiation to closure, meeting schedule and budget targets.
• Maintain proactive liaison with PEZA, other government agencies and internal stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing local team, driving performance and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3‑5 years in senior management of Philippine operations, PEZA regulatory management or factory compliance.
• Proven track record delivering regulatory compliance, audit rectification and operational optimisation projects in industrial or economic‑zone enterprises.
• Strong understanding of PEZA policies, local government supervision requirements and enterprise compliance systems.
• Excellent government public‑relations, cross‑department communication and risk‑management capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
