Equipment Maintenance Technician (Automated Test Handlers)

About the role

Join Analog Devices as an Equipment Maintenance Technician responsible for the setup, conversion, calibration, repair, and preventive/predictive maintenance of automated test handlers used in final test, wafer sort, and tape‑and‑reel manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform first‑level verification of yield and quality‑assurance failures, troubleshoot test setups, and conduct basic tester debugging.
• Document activities through the MIPS process and submit performance reports.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve efficiency and quality in line with TQM Plus principles.
• Maintain and service sub‑assemblies and related components of automated test handlers.

Required profile

• Graduate of Electronics, Mechanical, Electro‑Mechanical Technology or a related vocational program.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Ability to interpret schematic diagrams and understand basic electronic circuits.
