Senior Manager, Growth Acquisition & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to own and scale three core growth pillars: Product‑Led Growth, Alternative Acquisition Channels, and Growth Analytics. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with product, risk, compliance, operations and commercial functions, and turn data‑driven insights into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop managers responsible for Product‑Led Growth, Ecosystem & Referral Growth, and Growth Analytics.
• Align priorities across initiatives to maximise impact and remove execution barriers.
• Drive improvements in customer registration, verification and activation journeys through testing and experimentation.
• Design and optimise referral, member‑get‑member and partnership programmes.
• Maintain visibility of acquisition performance, surface risks and resource constraints, and run regular operating reviews.
• Deliver measurable outcomes such as higher registration‑to‑verification conversion and increased non‑paid channel acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in growth, customer acquisition, product growth, partnerships or similar disciplines.
• Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
