Senior Manager, Content Strategy and SEO

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to own the organic search performance and overall health of our company website. You will audit, optimise, and expand content to improve discoverability both for traditional search and AI‑driven results.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and score existing website content against SEO/AEO criteria, creating a prioritized backlog for optimisation, updates or retirement.
• Identify content gaps using performance data and collaborate with Product Marketing and Creative teams to request new assets.
• Structure new and existing content to maximise organic and AI‑driven discoverability.
• Manage the technical relationship with external developers for website platform, technical SEO implementations and analytics integration (GA4, Adwords, Search Console).
• Build reporting and analysis dashboards that combine performance data to continuously refine SEO and content decisions.
• Oversee website support and maintenance to ensure ongoing technical health.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy or organic growth.
• Proven track record auditing and scaling content optimisation against defined SEO/AEO metrics.
• Strong ability to translate data‑driven insights into clear content briefs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and experience working with US‑based cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work hybrid hours that overlap with US teams and a mid‑shift schedule.
