Senior Key Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow key customer partnerships in the Philippines market. Based in Manila, you will shape customer growth strategies and deliver innovative taste and nutrition solutions for leading food and beverage brands.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sustainable and profitable growth across assigned key accounts by leveraging Kerry’s taste and nutrition capabilities.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with leading food and beverage customers in the Philippines.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive activity to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Translate insights into commercially viable innovation projects and tailored solutions.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead proactive customer engagement initiatives and innovation campaigns that create value and reinforce Kerry’s market presence.
• Position Kerry as the preferred strategic taste and nutrition partner within the Philippines food and beverage industry.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Food Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial, key account management, or business development experience in food ingredients, food & beverage, or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of the Philippines food and beverage market, especially the Taste category; nutrition exposure is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships and deliver sustainable commercial growth.
