Senior IT Operations Engineer – Workplace

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Operations Engineer to lead the workplace technology landscape for Aurecon in Manila. You will ensure a seamless, reliable end‑user experience by managing devices, applications and collaboration tools while upholding service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure for content distribution and OS deployment.
• Manage inventory, virtual applications and software updates via SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Administer enterprise software including Microsoft Office and deploy operating systems with compliance checks.
• Create and apply Group Policy objects using System Center or Intune.
• Package and deploy vulnerability remediation updates for servers.
• Develop a Standard Operating Environment for SCCM deployments.
• Oversee Exchange and Microsoft Teams platforms, handling policy management and capacity planning.
• Maintain OneDrive policies and capacity planning.
• Automate installations using MSI, transforms and scripting.
• Follow incident, problem and change management processes within SLA targets.
• Lead service improvement initiatives and asset/configuration identification efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience administering SCCM and Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility and adaptability to varied requests.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to shape and evolve the role within a new team.
