Senior Crew

About the role

The Senior Crew member supports the Restaurant Management Team (RMT) during each shift, ensuring that stock levels, food production flow, and cash handling meet the restaurant’s standards. This position acts as a bridge between the kitchen, floor staff, and the team leader to guarantee smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the RMT in maintaining stock levels and storing items according to food safety and inventory standards.
• Control food production flow, adjusting timing for each product as required by the shift.
• Serve as the fund custodian for the shift, ensuring cash accuracy and compliance with cash‑control procedures.
• Coordinate with the Team Leader to deliver expected outcomes from the third‑party (3P) provider.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies in stock, production, or cash handling.

Required profile

• Preferably male (as stated in the original posting).
• Proven experience in a restaurant or food‑service environment.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory, production, and cash management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the RMT and Team Leader.
