Senior Consultant / Manager – Life Cycle Assessment

About the role

Anthesis is looking for a Senior Consultant or Manager/Principal Consultant to join its Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) team in the Philippines. The role combines rigorous LCA modelling, high‑quality analysis, and strategic insight to help clients understand and improve the environmental impacts of their products, services, and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of LCA consulting engagements, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and meet high‑quality standards across multiple sectors.
• Design, build, review, and interpret robust LCA and product carbon‑footprint models, primarily using SimaPro, while adhering to ISO standards, sector‑specific frameworks, and client requirements.
• Translate complex technical data into clear, actionable recommendations that address hotspots, trade‑offs, and client decision‑making needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years (Senior Consultant) or 6 years (Manager/Principal) of practical, applied LCA experience.
• Strong technical judgement, analytical rigour, and commercial/strategic thinking.
• Excellent storytelling ability to turn complex analysis into compelling recommendations.
• Impact‑driven, committed to environmental outcomes, and motivated to continuously improve delivery, including responsible AI use.

Required skills

• SimaPro for LCA modelling.
