Senior Business Analyst I

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst I will support the Director of Business Analysis in designing, delivering, and scaling AI‑enabled and agentic workflows across operational environments. You will combine strong analytical abilities with a curiosity for automation to help transform processes and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Analyze, map, and redesign end‑to‑end processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Support the design of agentic workflows that blend automation with human oversight.
• Collaborate with technology and operational teams to implement AI‑driven solutions.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption of new digital processes.
• Use metrics and data to assess performance and measure automation impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Operations or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Experience in legal, content, or regulated operational environments is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with process redesign and automation using AI, low‑code, or workflow tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
