Customer Data Management Analyst II

About the role

The Customer Data Management Analyst supports Reed Exhibitions’ marketing and analytics activities by liaising with key stakeholders and global data‑privacy experts, ensuring data is easy to use and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient, compliant data flows between business units, CRM systems and marketing campaigns.
• Provide solutions to simplify complex processes and remove roadblocks across global and local teams.
• Deliver enhancements to data extraction and reporting from Salesforce, registration platforms and other CRM tools.
• Ensure adherence to global data privacy laws, develop local policies and flag data inaccuracies.
• Create, refresh and segment marketing data lists, perform privacy checks and manage imports/exports to campaign platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in data management, processing or analysis.
• Intermediate MS Office skills and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and Oracle Business Intelligence (or similar tools).
• Experience working with global stakeholders and understanding of GDPR and other data‑privacy regulations.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
