Senior Associate Accountant – AP Intercompany

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate Accountant to join our AP Intercompany team in Mandaluyong City. You will ensure accurate processing of transactions, maintain vendor records, and support audit activities while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate simple transactions for accuracy and compliance with controls and accounting policies.
• Investigate and resolve simple transactional issues in coordination with supervisors.
• Prepare reconciliations of selected accounts and flag issues to senior accountants.
• Create and amend vendor accounts as needed.
• Assist auditors by providing supporting documentation.
• Perform preliminary checks and enter data for payment runs.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims.
• Validate completeness of supporting documents and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, MBA) are a plus.
• 2‑4 years of experience in purchase order processing, vendor invoice handling, intercompany invoicing, payment processing, vendor maintenance, or account reconciliations.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting fundamentals.
• Experience in a BPO or shared‑service environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and maintain professionalism.
