Finance Analyst – I+E (South-East Asia)

About the role

The Finance Analyst – I+E will support the financial management and reporting of projects across South‑East Asia. The role works closely with project teams, internal finance functions and external partners to ensure accurate budgeting, cost allocation and cash‑flow monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project teams with financial budgeting, planning and month‑end performance analysis.
• Review, analyse and report on project financial data, including earned value and scenario analysis.
• Prepare invoices, lock‑up documentation and support cash‑flow management in line with contract requirements.
• Support major projects, joint ventures and alliances with cost monitoring, consolidation, invoicing and audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with SJ Group policies, procedures and internal financial controls.
• Provide training and guidance on financial systems and tools to team members.
• Monitor commercial risks, communicate them to management and ensure timely mitigation.
• Assist with the creation of new projects, guaranteeing policy compliance and proper recognition.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable queries and general finance duties as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting project financial budgeting and planning.
• Ability to analyse month‑end project performance and produce timely reports.
• Familiarity with financial policies, procedures and control frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with internal and external parties.
• Experience with financial system implementations or rollouts.
• Capability to handle audit findings and resolve them promptly.
