Senior Account Manager - Digital Content Projects

About the role

Digital is looking for a Senior Account Manager (full-time, remote) to support the delivery of digital content and creative projects for a portfolio of global clients. The role manages client relationships, turns briefs into clear execution plans and coordinates freelance talent so that multiple workstreams run smoothly and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Account management: manage day-to-day client relationships, support onboarding and project setup for new engagements, and turn client briefs into structured deliverables.
• Communication: keep clients and internal teams informed proactively.
• Delivery coordination: oversee social media content and campaign assets, copywriting and editorial content, and digital creative such as ads, banners and landing pages.
• Track timelines, milestones and progress, check that outputs meet quality standards and deadlines, and escalate risks or delivery issues.
• Workflow support: coordinate freelance talent, maintain structured workflows from brief to delivery, keep briefs clear and consistent, and support day-to-day execution.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management, client services or project coordination.
• Background in digital marketing, content or creative environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with remote or freelance teams preferred.

Nice to have

• Agency, creative studio or talent platform experience.
• Exposure to social media or content production workflows.
• Familiarity with performance-driven digital campaigns.
