About the role

Lofty is seeking a Sales Trainer to elevate the performance of its sales team. You will be responsible for onboarding new reps, delivering ongoing coaching, and continuously refining sales processes to ensure a consistent, high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for sales team members.
  • Create training materials, playbooks, scripts, and coaching frameworks.
  • Facilitate live coaching sessions, role‑plays, and call reviews.
  • Monitor team performance, identify skill gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Train teams on objection handling, client communication, and sales methodologies.
  • Collaborate with leadership on process enhancements and training initiatives.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training, coaching, or sales leadership.
  • Background in SaaS, real‑estate technology, or BPO sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
