Sales Specialist (Travel & Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to handle warm, high‑intent inbound leads for luxury travel experiences. The role focuses on consultative selling to affluent, high‑net‑worth travelers, guiding them through a multi‑step sales process without cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads, conduct discovery calls to capture travel preferences, budgets and expectations.
• Present curated itineraries, explain inclusions, pricing tiers and value propositions in a sophisticated manner.
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships with high‑profile clients.
• Manage multi‑week follow‑ups, nurture leads and convert them into bookings within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead stages and document all client interactions.
• Coordinate with tour operators for booking finalisation and handoff after sale closure.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or client‑facing roles, preferably in hospitality, real estate, financial services or other high‑ticket consultative sales.
• Strong spoken and written English (B2‑C1 level) with a neutral accent.
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with high‑net‑worth individuals, especially in the Canadian market.
• Experience managing multi‑touch, multi‑week sales cycles and consistent follow‑up.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable using CRM tools.
• Professional, calm demeanor suited for a mature clientele.
