Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Associate to conduct outbound calls, manage leads, and support US‑based clients in a fast‑paced startup environment. The role involves acquiring new accounts and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and follow‑ups to acquire new accounts.
• Manage assigned leads and progress opportunities through the funnel.
• Gather and document client information required for job creation.
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM records.
• Track activities, outcomes, and follow‑ups consistently.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with US‑based clients.
• Handle basic objections and negotiations within defined parameters.

Required profile

• High school graduate; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of contact‑center (B2B/SaaS) experience with strong KPI record.
• Clear and confident English communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Experience creating documents, manuals, or related materials.
• Proven ability to lead and manage live call conversations.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and objection‑handling skills.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and short B2B outbound cycles.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
