B2B Sales & Acquisitions – Hybrid Role with Uncapped Commissions

About the role

First Circle is seeking a B2B Sales & Acquisitions professional to join its hybrid team in Taguig. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and acquiring SME clients for the company’s financing and neobank solutions through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow‑up, and strategic outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls and present tailored financial solutions to SME prospects.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through onboarding and application completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing account support.
• Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to improve customer experience.
• Provide feedback on product features and sales processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, earning uncapped commissions.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client presentations.
• Proven B2B sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management.
• Experience in sales or account management, setting targets and tracking performance.
• Background in FinTech, banking, or financial services, especially with SME customers, is a strong plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig, demonstrating self‑management, reliability, and accountability.
• No restrictions on age or educational attainment; comfort with CRM systems and data‑driven decision‑making.
