Business Development Officer – Healthcare

About the role

Intellicare, the leading health maintenance organization in the Philippines, is seeking a Business Development Officer to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding its client base. This full-time, on-site position in Cebu will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to uncover potential client segments.
• Prepare financial analyses and business cases to support new opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align offerings with market needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development and client acquisition.
• Strong analytical and finance-related skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or HMO industry is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
