Sales Director – Philippines

About the role

Clorox is seeking a high‑impact Sales Director for the Philippines to lead a disciplined, growth‑oriented sales and trade‑marketing organization. You will own full P&L responsibility for the market and shape the sales strategy across multiple product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Philippines sales strategy, aligning with the SEA leadership team’s growth trajectory.
• Drive consistent top‑line and bottom‑line growth across Automotive, Cleaning, Bags & Wraps, Personal Care, and Pet Wellness categories.
• Lead sales planning, distributor management, net‑revenue management, and pricing/promotion strategies.
• Oversee modern trade, traditional trade, e‑commerce, quick commerce, and social commerce channels.
• Develop new market entry initiatives, ensure sales compliance, and manage performance routines.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leader with a track record of delivering sales growth in fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Collaborative visionary capable of transforming organizational capability and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make insights‑led decisions.
