About the role
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support our ANZ client team remotely from the Philippines. Reporting to a New Zealand‑based manager, you will help streamline sales support processes and ensure the HubSpot CRM remains accurate and reliable.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize HubSpot by managing contacts, deals, and notes to maintain at least 98% data accuracy.
- Transcribe voice notes and log live meeting minutes into structured CRM entries within 24 hours.
- Draft professional outreach and follow‑up emails, and coordinate complex calendars across US (CT) and ANZ time zones.
- Arrange travel bookings, dealer gifts, and event logistics for the sales team.
- Update KPI dashboards and proactively chase overdue tasks to keep the sales pipeline moving efficiently.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Operations Assistant, or a closely related role.
- Professional‑level proficiency in managing and maintaining HubSpot CRM.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple time zones, especially US and ANZ.
- Excellent written and verbal English for client‑facing communication.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines independently.
