Restaurant Server

About the role

The Restaurant Server will work full‑time on‑site at Sóbra Café Molito in Quezon City, delivering friendly and efficient service to guests. You will be the first point of contact, guiding diners through the menu and ensuring a pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly while maintaining professional demeanor.
• Set up tables before service and clear them afterwards, keeping the dining area tidy.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure correct order delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor concerns, and process payments using the POS system.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and company service standards throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of food service and basic table‑service standards.
• Proven customer‑service and communication abilities with diverse guests.
• Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays safely, and adhere to health‑safety guidelines.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience as a server or in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
