About the role
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who can lead daily operations in our hotel’s F&B outlets. The role requires strong leadership, customer focus and the ability to manage inventory and budgets.
Key responsibilities
- Managing staff: directing and scheduling kitchen, bar, and service teams.
- Customer service: responding to guest feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
- Inventory management: maintaining inventory levels and controlling costs.
- Menu knowledge: explaining food and beverage menus to guests.
- Dining room upkeep: ensuring cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Seating assistance: helping seat customers during peak periods.
- Collaboration: working closely with kitchen and service staff.
- Budget adherence: following the food and beverage budget.
- Safety compliance: ensuring workplace safety for staff and guests.
- Food and safety regulations: adhering to all relevant regulations.
