Resident Engineer

About the role

The Resident Engineer ensures that the mall’s equipment and utilities operate safely and efficiently, providing a pleasant environment for shoppers and tenants. This position combines hands‑on oversight of maintenance with compliance monitoring to support uninterrupted mall operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and maintain the equipment and utilities required for mall operations.
• Oversee all maintenance and repair activities to keep facilities safe and efficient.
• Ensure compliance with standards set by government agencies and local government units.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to address operational issues.
• Document maintenance actions and compliance activities for reporting purposes.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in building, facilities or property management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
• Valid PRC license as a Registered Electrical Engineer.
• Good and effective communication skills; willing to work on‑site in San Mateo, Rizal.
