Reporting Analyst

About the role

As a Reporting Analyst at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Taguig, you will deliver accurate, timely, and standardized business reports to support decision‑making across the organization. You will ensure compliance with reporting standards, provide insights to sales and other functions, and work closely with business users to resolve reporting issues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute standard reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Business Objects.
• Maintain and improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Identify automation opportunities and support implementation of reporting enhancements.
• Monitor and enforce reporting governance and standards.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis for sales, finance, and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Studies, Management or a related discipline.
• 7‑10 years of experience in business reporting, preferably in FMCG or a multinational environment, at a managerial level.
• Strong analytical mindset with commercial curiosity and the ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to balance routine delivery with new projects and process improvements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel and SAP Analysis for Office.
• Hands‑on experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau and Business Objects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage data quality and reporting tools.
