Project Manager II – Technology Projects

About the role

The Project Manager II leads multi‑disciplinary technology projects, either as the main project manager or as a tech project manager supporting a business project manager.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage demand for an Arcadis Technology domain, acting as the primary coordination point between domain stakeholders and GTSO delivery.
• Manage projects through the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring plans, milestones, budgets, risks and communications are actively managed and transparent.
• Prepare and participate in Steering Committee meetings, agreeing delivery approach and maintaining clear escalation routes.
• Shape project demand with business and technology stakeholders, influencing scope, budget and timelines during ideation and planning.
• Coordinate delivery across Technology Towers and supporting functions, maintaining an integrated view of plans and dependencies.

Required profile

• At least three years of post‑undergraduate experience in technology delivery or project management, with a proven track record of improving delivery performance.
• Experience managing IT projects in complex environments, covering areas such as cloud platforms, hosting, networking, IT service management or collaboration tools.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment and financial controls.
• Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams, drive accountability and ensure quality and adoption of delivered solutions.
