About the role

Snapscale is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work remotely as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant. The role supports U.S.-based healthcare providers by handling both administrative and clinical coordination tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist U.S. healthcare providers with administrative and clinical coordination tasks.
• Manage patient records, scheduling, and insurance verifications.
• Handle medical documentation and maintain accurate patient information in EMR/EHR systems.
• Provide virtual patient support and conduct inbound/outbound follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with patients and healthcare teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy regulations.
• Support day‑to‑day healthcare administrative workflows efficiently and professionally.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Tech‑savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Professional, empathetic, and patient‑focused approach.
• Stable internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace for remote work.
• Experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant is an advantage.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and medical administrative tasks preferred.
