Corporate Pharmacist – Regulatory & Scientific Support

About the role

USANA is seeking a detail‑oriented corporate pharmacist to join its Philippines team. The role focuses on managing product regulatory compliance, providing scientific counsel across the organization, and ensuring that all product claims, labels, and marketing materials are accurate and substantiated.

Key responsibilities

• Handle product registration with the Philippines FDA (formerly BFAD) in compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare and submit documentation for product licensing and launches, staying current on regulatory changes.
• Respond to product inquiries and complaints, providing technical support.
• Provide scientific counsel to marketing and product management teams.
• Write health columns for newsletters and the company website.
• Coordinate with the ethics team to substantiate product claims across social media and marketing collateral.
• Proofread technical terms in labels, formulations, and print materials.
• Conduct product training and support events as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a current PRC license.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs or product registration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong public‑speaking and presentation abilities, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
