About the role
The Regional General Manager of Sales will lead the company’s commercial expansion in the Philippines, driving sales growth, distributor network development and market penetration for a leading FMCG food manufacturer.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales expansion strategies to strengthen market penetration and increase brand visibility across the Philippines.
- Identify, recruit and manage high‑quality distributors, dealers and channel partners to support long‑term business growth.
- Lead overall sales operation management, driving outlet expansion, product distribution and sales volume growth.
- Conduct market research and “blank market” analysis to uncover untapped opportunities and expand into new sales channels.
- Build and lead a high‑performing localized sales organization.
Required profile
- Senior commercial leader with a strong entrepreneurial and performance‑driven mindset.
- Hands‑on sales professional capable of strategic planning and execution in highly competitive FMCG markets.
- Proven ability to develop scalable distribution infrastructure and drive aggressive market expansion.
