Recruitment Specialist (Remote)

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S.-based clients. This remote position focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers, ensuring each hire can deliver immediate patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using CareerPlug, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other job boards.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews via HelloHire or similar platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics (application rates, interview counts, time‑to‑hire) and suggest workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of healthcare hiring urgency and compliance.
• Ability to work quickly and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with hiring managers and candidates.
