Recruitment Specialist – Remote Healthcare Hiring

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S.-based clients. This fully remote position focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for a variety of caregiving and licensed roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for positions such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews using HelloHire or similar tools.
• Utilize platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics and recommend workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in fast‑paced recruiting, preferably within healthcare.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets remotely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to compliance requirements.
