About the role
Athena is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition for its Quezon or Alabang site. You will drive the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring the company attracts the top 1% of talent for its high‑impact clients.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day recruitment operations and ensure targets are met.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of experienced recruiters.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine hiring strategies and job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate hiring status reports and recruitment documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing recruitment teams and meeting hiring KPIs.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment data.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
