About the role

Athena is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition for its Quezon or Alabang site. You will drive the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring the company attracts the top 1% of talent for its high‑impact clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day recruitment operations and ensure targets are met.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of experienced recruiters.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine hiring strategies and job descriptions.
• Maintain accurate hiring status reports and recruitment documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing recruitment teams and meeting hiring KPIs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment data.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
