About the role

Athena is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition for its Quezon or Alabang site. You will drive the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring the company attracts the top 1% of talent for its high‑impact clients.

Key responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day recruitment operations and ensure targets are met.
Lead, motivate and develop a team of experienced recruiters.
Monitor recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with leadership to refine hiring strategies and job descriptions.
Maintain accurate hiring status reports and recruitment documentation.

Required profile

Proven experience managing recruitment teams and meeting hiring KPIs.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment data.
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
