The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting HR operations and fostering employee engagement at Top Realty Corporation. You will work across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR administration, contributing to a growing organization that values career development.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Handle day‑to‑day HR administration tasks, including record keeping and HRIS updates.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and career development programs.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in HR operations covering recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to confidentiality.
