Recruiter (RPO)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiter specialized in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to support its talent acquisition efforts. You will act as the first point of contact for active candidates, convey IBM's employee value proposition, and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver qualified talent.

Key responsibilities

• Review, screen, and shortlist candidates from multiple sourcing channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Post job requisitions on relevant job boards and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client subject‑matter experts.
• Identify opportunities for process innovation and optimization.
• Participate in discovery meetings to define sourcing strategies and delivery timelines.
• Provide regular status updates to hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Business Partners.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of recruitment experience in an in‑house, RPO, or agency setting.
• Minimum 6 months experience using a web‑based applicant tracking system.
• Knowledge of functional recruitment best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to represent IBM’s brand.
