Recruiter – Remote Talent Acquisition

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a proactive Recruiter to source, screen, and place remote talent for U.S.-based clients. You will act as the bridge between growing companies and skilled professionals, ensuring each hire aligns with client needs and long‑term career goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Search candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals and cold outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct video interviews and assess fit against client expectations.
• Maintain candidate pipelines using ATS tools and keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
• Communicate status updates to internal teams and flag any delays or blockers.
• Help refine job descriptions, outreach templates and hiring workflows.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Strong ability to evaluate candidates beyond their resumes.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional conversations.

Required skills

• LinkedIn sourcing and outreach.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
