Recruiter – Remote Talent Acquisition for US Clients

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a proactive Recruiter to source, screen, and place remote talent for a variety of U.S.-based clients. You will work from home, partnering with hiring managers to match the right candidates with the right roles, helping both companies and individuals grow.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct video interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools and keep the recruitment process moving efficiently.
• Communicate updates to internal teams and flag any delays or blockers.
• Refine job descriptions, outreach templates, and hiring workflows.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a recruiter with a proven ability to assess candidates beyond their resumes.
• Familiarity with creative sourcing techniques, especially on LinkedIn.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional conversations with candidates and teammates.
